Pre-Contractual Information Form

1. Purpose

This Pre-Contractual Information Form is provided in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, to inform you about the airport transfer service offered through dalamantransfer.com before you place your booking.

3. Main Characteristics of the Service

The service is the carriage of passengers between the pick-up and drop-off points you specify, on the date and at the time you select, in an allocated vehicle with a licensed driver.

• The vehicle type, passenger capacity, route, date and time are shown in your booking summary and confirmation email.
• Unless stated otherwise, transfers are private — the vehicle is allocated to your party only.
• Extras such as child seats, additional stops or a name board must be requested at the time of booking. Later requests depend on availability and may incur a charge.
• Luggage capacity is limited by the vehicle selected. Oversized items (bicycles, surfboards, wheelchairs and similar) must be declared in advance.

4. Price and Payment

• The amount shown in your booking summary is the total price including all taxes. No booking fee is added.
• Payment is made by debit or credit card through our website using 3D Secure verification. Your card details are never displayed to or stored by MAGİA TURİZM TAŞIMACILIK İTHALAT İHRACAT LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.
• Any items not included in the price (parking charges, waiting time beyond the free allowance, and similar) are stated at the time of booking.
• Your booking is confirmed once payment has been approved and you have received a booking confirmation.

5. Performance of the Service

• For airport pick-ups, your driver monitors your landing time using the flight number you provide. No extra charge is made for flight delays.
• Free waiting time is 40 minutes at the airport and 15 minutes at all other pick-up points. Waiting beyond this may be chargeable.
• If you do not appear at the agreed meeting point and cannot be contacted, the service is deemed to have been provided and no refund is due.
• If the number of passengers or amount of luggage exceeds what was booked and the vehicle cannot accommodate it, the driver may decline carriage and no refund is due.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 15 of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for transport services to be performed on a specific date or period. This exemption applies to transfer bookings.

MAGİA TURİZM TAŞIMACILIK İTHALAT İHRACAT LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ nevertheless applies the cancellation terms set out below in your favour.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

The terms depend on the payment method chosen. For bookings paid online:

• Cancelled 48 hours or more before the transfer: full refund.
• Cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the transfer: 50% refund.
• Cancelled less than 24 hours before the transfer, or no-show: no refund.
• If your flight is cancelled by the airline, or if we are unable to provide the service, you receive a full refund.
• Send cancellation requests to info@dalamantransfer.com or +90 545 567 02 02, quoting your booking reference.
• Approved refunds are issued to the card used for payment within 3 working days. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.

For bookings paying on arrival, no payment is taken at the time of booking, so no refund arises. No fee is charged for late cancellation or non-appearance.

8. Complaints and Disputes

Please contact us using the details above with any complaint. Turkish law governs this contract. Disputes may be brought before the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in Türkiye, within the monetary thresholds published annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

9. Confirmation

By proceeding with your booking you confirm that you have read this form and have been informed of the main characteristics of the service, the total price, the payment method, the conditions of performance and the cancellation and refund terms.
